A lovely, comfortable double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room on the first floor of a quietly located house situated only a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Midhurst. It comes complete with TV with access to Sky and TNT, coffee and tea making facilities, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Guests have access to high speed wifi and broadband. The property has a private terrace which guests are welcome to use and a there is a barbecue which is available to guests if available.

We are both retired and have lived in Midhurst for 10 years, having previously lived in Guildford. Although fairly new to hosting we have over the past years stayed in many B&B's and fully understand the requirements and needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We love entertaining and enjoy meeting people. Nellie, our 4 year old Labradoodle is the third member of the team who will be sure to give you a warm and friendly welcome.

We are very well located near the centre of Midhurst with its shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and overlook the water meadows with the Cowdray ruins behind with the adjoining famous polo fields, Midhurst being the centre of polo in the UK. The historic town of Petworth is only 8 miles away, and also nearby is Goodwood with both regular flat horse racing and motor racing, including the much loved Festival of Speed meeting and the Revival. There is a main line railway station at Haslemere (8 miles), with regular services to London and Portsmouth, and the lovely city of Chichester is only 10 miles away. Midhurst is situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park, with its stunning countryside and an abundance of lovely walks including the nearby South Downs Way.
