This ground-floor garden room, in a completely self-contained guest annexe, is a fully renovated and stylish garage conversion. It has direct access to a large landscaped garden opening directly onto the private outdoor space. The room is reached by a fully private side entrance on the drive for the exclusive use of guests. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. We are superbly located for all relevant points of interest in the area.
We have just started our hosting journey. We love to introduce people to this stunning part of West Sussex close to Chichester, West Witterings beaches and local countryside favourites such as Bosham, Emsworth and Itchenor. The guest annexe is part of our house but a private oasis where guests can have total privacy and independence.
Bosham is renowned as one of the UK’s most picturesque villages with a stunning harbour location.
Perfectly located on the South coast between the Rolling South Downs and the waters of Chichester harbour and the surrounding sailing villages.
We are located at the Upper end of Bosham village. Walking distance to 3 pubs,2 mini supermarkets and various cafes and restaurants.
We are a 15 minute drive to West Wittering beach and a 10 minute drive to Goodwood.
