This Beach themed and modern apartment is an excellent choice for contractors, friends, and families, and we look forward to hosting you! ➞ Approx. 5 min drive away to the motorway ➞ 20 min drive away from Chalkwell train station ➞ Supermarket & restaurant are in walkable distance ➞ Attractions like Adventure Island, Chalkwell Park; Southend Central Museum; Planetarium are just a 10-30 minutes drive away from this property. IMPORTANT: Please note that upon booking, guests will be required to upload their valid proof of ID, sign terms and conditions of their stay with us digitally, authorise damage deposits and provide a few other details in order to complete the check-in process. This is done safely and securely via the guest portal on Charge Automation through a secure link that is sent to guests' email after the booking is confirmed. The whole process takes no more than 5-10 minutes. All guests are required to go through this to ensure the authenticity of the booking and safety and security of our guests. There are no exceptions to this. If the guest tries to come up with any excuse not to complete these, please be advised that the booking will be at risk and no access to property will be granted. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH THE BOOKING. Please note that the guest will bring no more than the stipulated number of people on the booking.
