New- 3 bedroom/6 person single story spacious self catering holiday barn-1 kingsize bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, 1 double and 1 twin- in beautiful scenic area , in large plot shared with sister barn-2 pubs in walking distance, village store with takeaway, on bus route to Cardiff. Enclosed garden with manual gates. Fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine & dishwasher. 1 ensuite, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. All bedrooms have tvs, linen and towels. no washing machine

I have lived locally for most of my life-I have 2 miniature daschunds who I love to walk with so knw plenty of fab walks but I also love to socialise so knw plenty of places to eat drink and be merry. I have 2 children too so am fairly clued up on things for them to do although they aren’t babies anymore and I’m happy to help out with any questions I am usually available if needed but prefer to leave guests alone and have covered just about every question somewhere via airbnb and also have a guidebook for suggestions so I would ask guests to refer here first but I am contactable if needed

Set in a rural location with stunning views, sister barn on same plot with fully enclosed extensive garden with manual gates. 2 pubs within walking distance and village shop. The bus goes from almost right outside to Cardiff via Cardiff Bay roughly twice an hour and the opposite direction to Porthcawl via Cowbridge. Cowbridge market town is a 7 min drive with quaint shops and restaurants. Beautiful beaches and sanddunes within half an hour drive or the vibrant city of Cardiff a mere 15 mins away with opera house and excellent shops and restaurants. The beautiful Brecon Beacons with their waterfalls and walks are a mere 30 mins drive. Please see my guidebook for ideas On site parking shared with sister barn but plenty of space for many cars-at least 3 for each property. Barns are on a main bus route to Cardiff or Cowbridge then on to Bridgend and Porthcawl and runs approx twice an hour but please check. Taxis are available but you need to pre book. Fairly rural location but on a main A road so easy to find and access and plenty of lovely walks within the area and within walking distance of 2 pubs and a small village store which also has a small cafe but not in village centre
