PLEASE read on...
* Bryn Mair Terrace is set up for family and quiet groups - we CANNOT accommodate any parties/ stag/ hen gatherings or groups that might disturb our neighbours. The house is a mid-terrace, and we have resident neighbours on both sides, so there are STRICT QUIET HOURS between 10pm and 8am, this is also when the cinema lounge must be vacated too.
If your group is likely to be up late or socialising loudly then I'm afraid we cannot accept your booking.
