Our Story Joyousstays® was founded in late 2023. We were inspired by our in-laws who retired from over forty years of established real estate agent and property management services business in London and surrounding areas. When we noticed a large gap in high quality short-stay accommodation options for visitors and temporary workers in our current home city, Stoke-on-Trent, we knew we could change this and stepped in. We will make the Joyous Stays brand grow into the most recognizable and trusted serviced accommodation providers in the region and will be expanding our services into new locations across the Midlands and the Northwest.

Joy in our service is our top of page to make this accommodation right for you. We have “Laptop-Friendly Workspace” for remote working -Hub 5 wi-fi. For business or leisure, it offers an ideal place to stay if you are in and out of town daily. Its central proximity to the local attractions and activities, next to green parks with fountains, is a bonus. All the comforts expected are provided in the house for you to have a joyous stay. Although, we have a car parking permit, there are free street parking available. House is newly renovated, two large bedrooms having king size beds (upstairs, facing front and rear of the property) and one double bedroom (downstairs, facing the front of the house with a single bed and one sofa bed instead) for comfortable and spacious stay. All king-size beds can be separated into two single beds on request. A sofa is in the living room. All bedrooms have an individual key lock box outside their door. The kitchen is fully equipped with new kitchenware and utensils. Combi washing/dryer (only available for long-term guests use), iron, and ironing board in the utility area. The entry from the door to the hallways leads you to the downstairs, living room, kitchen, utility, and bathroom with toilet, bath, and shower. The door access to the patio with courtyard in rear is also used as a private entry and a fire exit. The outdoor table and chairs in the patio will be available from May and throughout the summer period. Laptop friendly workspace for professionals, practical layout for contractors or working people or families, or a group of friends who are visiting the area! will be able to enjoy activities in and around Stoke on Trent. Bistro table and chairs there for having an enjoyable chat over breakfast/tea/ or coffee. A snack basket, crisps, Biscoff, bottle of still water, and milk are from the house complementary by the joyous stays! Check-in time is 4pm on Fridays instead of 3pm the rest of the week.

Walking distance to the train station, Staffordshire University and Hospital. Close by retail parks, attractions like museums and activities i.e. Alton Towers and landmarks like Trentham Gardens. Easy access to motorways, other cities Manchester, Liverpool, towns like Crewe and Leek and other lovely market towns and villages. Shelton is an area of the city of Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, England, between Hanley and Stoke-upon-Trent Location is walkable to nearby University, Shell petrol station, stoke train railways, continental supermarkets, mix match western & Asian restaurants and take aways are top of the road and easy access to retail parks, Hanley City Centre, local attractions are Water world, Victoria hall, New Vic Theatre, close distance to Alton Towers, Landscapes like Trentham Garden, Trentham Monkey Forest. Stoke-on-Trent is not a city like London, Manchester or Birmingham. It has a combination of six towns together. Every street has its own story to appreciate!

+ In case of parking permit not returned to us, you are liable to pay £120 for the cost of the material and admin fee, plus it will be reported to booking.com as misconduct

+ In case of house belongings not returned, you are liable to pay not the value of the items only but together with the fixed fee of £95

+ In case of stains found on our furniture or other materials, you are liable to pay the full cost of replacement materials and extra cleaning fee, otherwise you will liable to pay fixed £300 penalty fee and it will be reported to booking.com as misconduct

+ If we found out your reservation is fradualent, we not only cancel your reservation, but it will be reported to booking.com as misconduct, and if needed we will report it to the police also
