The cottage is on the owners 550 acre estate close to Lake Ullswater and has been lovingly maintained with the enthesis on environmentally eco friendly materials that lend themselves to the surroundings and provide a modern home from home from which to enjoy a peaceful break away. The detached cottage, once the gatehouse to the estate is surrounded by rolling pastures and sits in its own grounds with views to Little Mell Fell.
