The apartment also boasts a large private patio area at the back for those wishing to dine al fresco. It is situated on a terrace adjacent to the only sea promenade in Cornwall and a couple of minutes walk from the largest sea pool in the UK, the Jubilee Pool. Shops and restaurants are a 5-10 minute stroll from the house, the bus and train station a 10-15 minute stroll and generally most areas within West Penwith are a 20 minute drive from the house. There is one bathroom which is on the half landing accessed from stairs from the rest of the flat, with a shower and rolled top bath tub, as shown in the photos.
