Set beside a 68-acre nature reserve, the cottage is perfectly placed to enjoy peaceful walks and wildlife. Just a few minutes’ stroll brings you to Kenilworth’s Old Town, home to cosy pubs, stylish bars, and restaurants — including The Cross, our local Michelin-starred favourite.
Within easy reach of Warwick Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick University, and Jaguar Land Rover, this is an ideal base for exploring Warwickshire’s history and countryside. Kenilworth Station is only 1 mile away, offering direct links to Coventry and Leamington Spa.

Kenilworth is a beautiful historic town in the heart of leafy Warwickshire, surrounded by heritage, countryside, and charm. The cottage sits in Kenilworth’s Old Town, overlooking the 68-acre Abbey Fields nature reserve — with peaceful walks, a lake, picnic areas, tennis courts, and a leisure centre right on your doorstep.
Kenilworth Castle and its Elizabethan Garden are just a short stroll away, as are independent cafés, pubs, and The Cross, our local Michelin-starred restaurant. Everything is within walking distance, so you won’t need a car to enjoy the town.
For exploring further, Kenilworth Station (1 mile) and local buses provide easy links to Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Coventry. The NEC (10 miles), Birmingham International Airport (11 miles), and Warwick University (2.6 miles) are all within easy reach.
