Hello this is a lovely house on a quiet street close to the Moss Valley Country Park and Golf course. It has lots of local amenities on the doorstep including a leisure centre with swimming pool. Shops are close by, it is a short drive into Wrexham town centre and Chester is easily accesible via the A483 just 12 miles away. Along the same route Manchester is 52 miles away and takes roughly 45 minutes in good conditions. Local attractions also include the renowned Llandegla mountain bike centre, where bikes can be hired. Llangollen and Oswestry are also nearby and both are enjoyable family day trips. The house has faster broadband and off road parking for 2 cars. Quilts and pillows are provided but, if you wish linen to be provided and beds made this can be done for a small additional charge. Please contact me for this service. It's a lovely suburb close to the Moss Valley with lovely views and walks, at the end of the street via a walkway there is a large football pitch for dog walking or family play, also if you walk on and over the bridge onto the Mold Rd you can access the lovely Alyn Waters Country Park. There is also a Lidl supermarket close by for ease off the Mold Rd, but other supermarkets are located not far away in town such as Sainsburys supermarket and petrol station. Shell is also located on the Mold Rd.
