The apartment is a wonderful little oasis of peace right in the heart of central London. This redbrick victorian building is set around an inner courtyard. So off road and hard to believe it has such a central location nestling next to the vibrant Elephant and Castle. Self contained flat has all that you need to make your stay comfortable. A powerful shower, comfortable beds, A kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. If you would rather eat out. The neighbourhood boasts a large number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity surrounding the Elephant Park.
I have lived in this Neighbourhood for 30 + years I am delighted to share local knowledge about what the area has to offer. I live just a 12 minute walk from the flat, so if there is anything that you need in the flat and cannot locate, just give me a call and I can drop it round.
There are Resturants to suit all budgets, The London latin quarter, Museums and art galleries all within walking distance. The walk to the nearest tube station. (Bakerloo and Northern tube lines) is 4 minutes and via the lovely Elephant park. Almost opposite the tube station is The Castle gym, which has a sauna, swimming pool. The Imperial war museum is 15 minute walk from the property. Tower Bridge, Tower of London, London Bridge, Borough Market and the river Thames are less than 15 minutes walk. Marcado Metropolitano a pop up street food venue with craft beers is nearby. Opposite this is the Southwark playhouse theatre. 8 minute walk. Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre 20 Min walk. All the places listed are easily accessed by public transport.
