You will book a private room within a shared apartment. The modern kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet are shared. There are four bookable rooms situated on the first floor within a quiet and secure apartment block. Your room is private and lockable with your own key. The bathroom and toilets also have locks for your privacy. Please observe quiet time between 12 midnight and 6am so that other guests can sleep. This means no showers or making food in the kitchen or loud noise. Thanks It is also possible to book the whole apartment so you have private non-shared access to all rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Once booked please immediately check messages via the Booking App / Email as I will send important directions, check in info and Wifi info. Each room has a; double bed, closet to hang clothes, work desk, work chair and a comfortable sofa. You will also find clean bedding and clean towels for your use during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: The small room may not be suitable if you have a large suitcase/s. Description: - Bed linen and towels are provided including extra pillows if you need - A radiator for when it's cold and also electric fans for when it's hot - Safe local streets at night Guest Access: Check-in is between 11am and 11pm. Check in after 11pm can be requested and has an additional cost. Check out is by 10am. There is a fee for Late Check Out or Late Bag Drop. You can have a shower anytime from 6am until midnight. After midnight guests should be as quiet as possible and not make food in the kitchen to respect other guests who may be sleeping.

Once booked please immediately check messages via the Booking App / Email as I will send important directions, check in info and Wifi info. You will have full privacy during your stay. I am often travelling. When I am there I am discrete so you probably won't see me unless you need advice or assistance. If so I am available either in person or via the App. If you need an invoice guests are usually happy to print out the confirmation provided by Booking. Com. However I can provide an additional individual invoice for a small admin fee.

This is central London. You can walk to everywhere central including to: Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace. The apartment is a 0.9 km walk to London Eye. Zone 1 underground stations Waterloo and Southwark are within 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
