A homely yet spacious apartment with everything you should need for a stay away from home. The beautiful view means you can dwindle many an hour away in the lounge area. It opens out into a fully equipped kitchenette from which you can watch the large screen TV or listen to the radio, as you prepare dinner. The space with south facing patio doors is warm, cosy, and light , and the feel makes it easy to relax. The garden view beckons you to walk outside and take in the whole aspect of this beautiful location looking out over Nailsea Moor to the Mendip Hills. The double bedroom with plenty of storage space opens into a modern en suite with a great shower. You can park in your own space, away from the road and right outside the door. There is a regular bus service between Clevedon and Bristol and also between the towns of Portishead and Nailsea, not far away. Bristol airport and Temple Meads train station are about 10 miles away. There will always be milk for a cup of tea, biscuits and breakfast cereals so you can make yourself at home from the minute you arrive.

My name is Ruth and I run my own Swim School for ages 3 to 18 years and triathlon club for kids. I love what I do and if I don't answer your call immediately I am probably in the water! However my neighbour is always on hand to advise. Chacao named after a Venezulan Indian, was part of my family home. Quite simply I love the view and outdoor space so much that I decided to transform part of the building into a hotel like apartment with a homely feel so others can come and enjoy the view too. It is central to so many of the South West and Bristol attractions. My main hobby is off road running and I know all the local footpaths if you wish to explore. I also cycle on and off road and can guide you to many routes. A popular one is to the famous Cheddar Gorge. Cyclists are always welcome and I will ensure you have a safe place to store your bikes and equipment. Everyone is welcome at Chacao and I will enjoy guiding you to see any of the local attractions, whatever your interest.

Chacao is ideally located for many of the South West attractions just 10 miles outside the city of Bristol and only 2 miles from the M5 junction 20, at Clevedon. This Victorian seaside town, famous for it's sunsets, historic pier and marine swimming and boating lake, is just 2 miles from the property and offers all the usual local amenities be it shopping, takeaways. restaurants, walks or stunning views. In the other direction the route takes you past the famous National Trust Tyntesfield Estate towards Bristol where you can explore Brunel's famous Clifton Suspension Bridge, the SS Great Britain and the historic harbour side, on foot or by ferry. You also pass the entrance to Ashton Court Park famous for the balloon fiesta and Saturday Park Runs as you drive towards Bristol. Bristol offers a vast range of shopping opportunities, variety of restaurants, many theatres and numerous other attractions. If you prefer to ramble the countryside offers great variety with the Mendip Hills nearby and the coastal path from Clevedon to Portishead is almost on the doorstep.
