The Chalet is located inside the Camber Sands Leisure Center, and you have access to the Facilities, including the swimming pool of the leisure Center. This chalet is 9 min walk to the sand beach of Camber Sands with miles of beautiful beach and sand dunes. Dogs are allowed on the entire beach from 1. October to 31. April. During the summer months, dogs are allowed approximately on half of the beach. We are a 5-15 min walk to various excellent dog friendly restaurants. Our favourite is the Gallivant, for a special occasion/ambiance and the Owl for a casual evening. If you go to the Owl, please try the lamb cutlets with couscous.

Welcome to Travel Tales Holidays!!! We are a kid and dog friendly company. This chalet is stylishly decorated in the theme of the book titled “The Seven Sisters,” from the children books series “Witchy Travel Tales.” While we make sure kids and dogs are happy, the décor is delightful for adults.

We really hope you take the bus to Rye, which is only 8 minutes in the bus. The bus stop is a 5 min walk from the chalet. In Rye, we quite like the Sunday roast at the Mermaid Inn, which is one of Britian’s most haunted Inns. The cellar at the Mermaid Inn dates back to 1156 and the building was re-built in 1420. We also like Kiko’s cat café in Rye. Please note all the venues we have recommend need reservations in advance, since they are very popular. If you are staying for a few days, it might also be worth to take a drive to the Seven Sister Cliffs.
