Chauffeur's Cottage is a newly refurbished self contained one bedroom cottage. It has a generous sized bedroom, with King size bed, fully tiled shower room, and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas. In the kitchen there is toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, fan oven and ceramic hob, as well as everything you should need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom enjoys sea and garden views, and outdoor furniture is provided for guests to use on the cottage patio, or in the garden where they can enjoy PANORAMIC sea views across Torbay. There is room in the property to accommodate a travel cot and high chair (available on request) for children up to the age of 2. There is secure off road parking outside the cottage, which lies in the grounds of the owners' property 'The Stoep' The cottage is in the Broadsands area on the outskirts of Paignton. Beaches are a 10 minute walk away, as are pubs and cafes. There is a Coop a 5 minute walk from the property.

Kevin and Kathryn have enjoyed living at The Stoep since 2007 and began receiving guests to their property in 2019. They are now delighted to be able to offer additional self contained accommodation, refurbished in 2020.

Chauffeur's Cottage lies a short walk from the South West Coastal Path, and the South Devon Steam Train can be seen passing by the property regularly in the summer months. Churston Golf Club, Paignton Zoo, and Torbay Leisure Centre are all a short drive away. There are also two beautiful National Trust properties nearby...Coleton Fishacre and Greenway (holiday home of Agatha Christie) Popular nearby places to visit include Torquay, Brixham, Dartmouth and Totnes. The South Hams area (including Kingsbridge and Salcombe) are about an hour's drive, which is well worth a day out..the journey is beautiful.
