For larger groups of families or friends, there’s the possibility of another apartment in the very same block. Ideal when you want to be together but also to have your own space! Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the stunning, coastal village of Broughty Ferry, a popular, lively area not far from Dundee. There’s a fabulous selection of cafes, pubs (some with beer gardens), restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. M&S and Tesco’s are within a 5 minute walk. The thriving main street also has a choice of independent shops. A short 5 minute walk from the flat will take you to a beautiful, sandy beach, castle and waterfront. Families love the children’s play park at Castle Green as well as the superb cycle paths along the waterfront. The famous golf courses at St Andrew’s and Carnoustie are close by as well as a host of local golf courses. Within a 30 minute drive, you can visit the historic town of St Andrews or Glamis Castle, the birthplace of the Queen Mother and if you drive a little further from Glamis, you can go hillwalking in the Angus Glens. Broughty Ferry station is a 5 minute walk as are the bus stops for the frequent bus service into Dundee and Arbroath where you can walk along the Arbroath cliffs and enjoy a smokie. With only a 4 mile drive into Dundee, you can visit the sights such as the famous V&A design museum, the Law and Verdant Works.
