Prime town centre location on York Street near to the Grand Venue. Redeveloped old public house. Modern-clean-spacious. Close to all local amenities, restaurants, bars, train/bus station. Lovely market town with the Castle at its centre & museum. Home to Cowman’s famous sausage shop, D.Byrne & Co. wine merchants, Holmes Mill and Take That’s Greatest Days film! Take in the stunning views of Pendle Hill or walk around the beautiful Ribble Valley. You can even take on Pendle Steps if you’re brave enough! *The apartment block is occupied by other residents so I would appreciate if you could please respect their privacy. *Please note that whilst pets are allowed (2 maximum), there is a pet fee chargeable. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or linens and must not be left unattended in the apartment. Please feel free to message with any queries. Many thanks and enjoy your stay! :)
We only live 2 miles down the road so are more than happy for guests to contact us about anything.
This is a very friendly town and I’m sure you’ll more than enjoy your stay here! There is street parking right outside for 2 hours, or free from 6pm-8am. There is an electric car charging point outside too, for a maximum of 3 hours. Tescos is just on the next street along, or there’s a council car park situated 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment for longer stays. Details and tariffs are on the listing photos.
