We have stated no pets at the property as we do not feel the outside space would be suitable for a dog as it is not enclosed and there is not a lawn area. If you have a different pet then please ask. This beautiful two bedroom Mews House is ideally situated next to the stunning Felixstowe Lawn Tennis Club and a short walk away from the beach. The picturesque Felixstowe promenade with its colourful array of beach huts and numerous bars and restaurants is on your doorstep and the vibrant town centre is also within walking distance. This idyllic former Coach House provides the perfect base to explore all that Felixstowe has to offer. ake it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

This beautiful homely mews house is decorated with a seaside theme. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should require for your stay. The bathroom has a shower over the bath with glazed door. Within the lounge there is a flat screen TV, a cosy sofa bed and armchairs as well as a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests. The kitchen contains a built in oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a kettle and toaster. The main bedroom benefits from a dressing table with vanity chair and large chest of drawers along with hanging rail. There is parking for a car in front of the property in an allocated private bay. There is a seating area to the front of the property and can be accessed through the patio doors at the end of the lounge. Felixstowe beach is at the end of the road 2/3 minute walk and the town centre is about a 10 minute walk. The Felixstowe Lawn Tennis Club is next door and the tennis courts can be viewed from the bedroom window. Felixstowe Golf Club is a 3 minute drive. Many guests have said the area is truly a hidden gem !!!
