College Court is a modern, warm and welcoming 3-bedroom semi-detached home equipped and furnished to the highest of standards. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, a spacious well-equipped kitchen/dining area, a downstairs washroom, and a cloakroom. The enclosed rear garden, which gets plenty of sun in the summer, is accessed through double patio doors from the kitchen to give a real sense of indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen has everything you would expect of a modern home and you will be able to cook and dine in style if you wish. There will be a welcome pack so you can be assured of a warm drink when you arrive. The living room has a 42inch Sony Bravia smart TV and BT TV Pro Box with a NETFLIX account and there are also a selection of board games and books for your amusement whilst you stay. Broadband is fast and reliable and there is good mobile phone coverage. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite shower room and the second bedroom with a zip and link super king-size bed. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and an office equipped with work desk and widescreen monitor for your use. The beds are high quality hotel standard as is the bedding so you should get a great night’s sleep. The zip and link bed can be configured as 2 single beds - please confirm at time of booking. To the front of the house there is a garage and dedicated parking space. The garage can fit a small car or can be used to store your bikes/outdoor equipment. There is more free parking available on the adjacent Sussex Close.
College Court is a modern, warm and welcoming home where you can relax and enjoy the finer things in life. It is my home but alas work takes me away from my beloved Yorkshire for now! I want you to enjoy your stay, to feel like you've had a truly outstanding experience but please treat my home and my neighbours with respect - I will be back to live here in the future. Bedale is a small but vibrant market town on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and with easy access to the A1(M) and a short distance from Northallerton where you can use the East Coast mainline train service. Whether you are looking for a romantic weekend relaxing with your loved ones or more active adventures exploring the Dales then Bedale is a great place to start - you won't be disappointed
