Factors House is set over two floors, adjacent to Erigmore House, making it the perfect choice for those wanting to make the most of the swimming pool and bar located within the main house. It sleeps up to six people, with a downstairs double bedroom, as well as a master double bedroom and a twin room on the first floor. You’ll also find a main bathroom as well as a separate toilet for your convenience. Enjoy a cosy night in with a modern living room offering the ideal place to relax in the evening playing games in front of the electric fire or watching the 43” flatscreen TV. Factors House also offers free WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave offers the ideal location to stay in and enjoy a freshly prepared meal at the large dining table which seats up to six guests. There’s also a Victorian designed garden to the front, as well as an enclosed seating area to the rear, meaning there’s plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.
