Situated within walking distance of both the picturesque village of Bonchurch and the picturesque seaside resort of Ventnor with its esplanade, shops, restaurants and Botanic Gardens. Ventnor is located on the southern most part of the Isle of Wight, enjoying an enviable sunshine record, referred to by many as a micro-climate.
