Hello from Teema and Phil! We first crossed paths in Malaysia fifteen years ago while working and studying. Fast forward to five years ago when we returned to the UK, settled in Newcastle and took up university roles in the Northeast. In 2022, we embarked on a new adventure with holiday lets, starting with Cosy Nook, a chic loft in a Victorian townhouse just a stone’s throw from the sea in Whitley Bay. This year, we added Hideaway, a charming family house in the Northumbrian coastal gem of Amble. Having recently parted ways with our management company, we’re now excited to manage our properties ourselves and share our love for cozy getaways with you!

Whilst you’re visiting Whitley Bay, we’d recommend visiting the two miles of golden sands and taking a look at the incredible views of the coastline from the Victorian lighthouse on St Mary’s Island. Cosy Nook Apartment is just a minute away from the North Sea. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat, head to the Spanish City where you’ll find a Renaissance-style hall transformed with a fish and chip restaurant, a traditional tearoom, a waffle and pancake house and a champagne bar inside.
