Newly built in May 2022, This property forms an extension to a busy Beauty salon located on a busy high street in the town centre. We converted the back part of the building into a quite space to relax and stay overnight. The property is small but cosy and we have kitted it out to a high spec with everything you may need to enjoy an overnight stay. It is the perfect property for professionals working in the local area that need accommodation nearby. Also great for people visiting family or friends that live nearby that perhaps couldn't put you up in their own home. It has been fitted to a high spec with TV, aircon, amazon alexa speaker, netflix, amazon prime, ensuite shower with towels and high thread count linen on the bed.
Welcome to our little Cosy. We hope you have a comfy stay. We are always on-hand for any questions you may have. I have been in the hospitality industry all my life and this is our second holiday let. We also have a two bed with marina views locally that we have been hosting for 3 years. I also work onsite in the salon that the Cosy backs onto, so either myself or one of the staff can help with any enquiries you may have and I only live 5 mins away from the property in case of any emergency. We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible so please do let us know if you have any special requirements.
I own the beauty salon that the Cosy is attached to so if you are looking for a relaxing treatment whilst staying with us, please let me welcome you to the salon for a discounted treatment.
Although the main address is a busy high street in town, the Cosy is an extension of a very long building and therefore rests on a very quiet residential road to the back of the busy West Street. Surrounded by local amenities such as restaurants, bars, cinema, shops, hairdressers a church and local leisure centre.
