A modern kitchenette offers a fridge, electric hob/oven and lots of storage space. Additionally a microwave, toaster and electric kettle are available. The open plan central area has four comfy chairs, a sofa bed and a dining table (90x180cm). The dining table has 2 tuck-in space saving benches and 2 chairs. The living area comfortably accommodates 6 people. Outside, the wide gates lead onto a driveway which would fit 2 medium sized cars. A wide tiled path takes you to the french doors and continues beyond to the patio and the hot tub at the back. There are two steps to gain access to the property with no available ramp. We live on site, approximately 140 feet away from Court Lane Stables. The garden, paddocks and the neighbouring area offer an oasis of calm and tranquility away from the bustle of towns and cities. We enjoy living here and would like to share the profound beauty of the English countryside with others who appreciate its appeal. When the weather is fair, we take our bikes for a ride down to the Poacher and Partridge which is a lovely gastropub with outstanding reviews. There are a few jogging and walking routes around the property which we also enjoy. We hope you will love the area as much as we do!

If you enjoy the English countryside, then this is the place to be! Surrounded by open fields, farms and country roads, you will be spoilt for choice if you enjoy activity breaks. This is an area preferred by cyclists. You can also go jogging on the quiet country lanes or rambling across the fields. The River Medway at Hartlake Bridge offers ample opportunity for water activities such as paddle boarding or kayaking. Further afield, you can practice golf at the American Golf centre in Tonbridge. They offer a driving range, adventure golf, foot golf as well as Padel courts. The Wrotham Golf Club is a short drive north. Poult Wood Golf Centre offers tutition, 9 and 18 hole golf courses and lovely clubhouse bar/restaurant which is only 5 minutes drive from the property. If you prefer to play squash, you can hire one of their 4 squash courts. The county towns of Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone are a short drive and offer cinemas, theatres and night life. The coast at Hastings, Rye and Eastbourne are less than an hour drive. Catch a train to Central London from Tonbridge. After a day of activity, you can relax in the hot tub and enjoy the lovely garden view from the patio.
