CROYDE LITTLE GEM OVERVIEW Croyde Little Gem is a charming single-level bungalow just minutes from Croyde village centre and a short stroll to the golden sands of Croyde Bay. Tucked behind a private driveway with space for three cars, the home sits slightly elevated among well-tended gardens, offering sea glimpses from the terrace. It’s an ideal coastal retreat for families or couples, with the added luxury of an optional private hot tub. LIVING AREAS The open-plan lounge and dining room features comfy sofas and an electric fire, with patio doors opening to both the sunny front terrace and rear conservatory. Entertainment includes a Smart HD Freeview TV with Netflix, Blu-ray/DVD, Nintendo Wii, books and board games. The dining table seats six, with two high chairs provided. KITCHEN Fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, the kitchen also includes a breakfast nook for casual meals. Children’s crockery is available. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: King-size bed, terrace access, en suite shower room, wardrobes and drawers. Bedroom 2: King-size bed (or twin on request), rear garden views, armchair and dressing table. Bedroom 3: Two single beds, large wardrobe, cheerful nautical decor—ideal for children or friends. BATHROOMS The family bathroom includes a full-size bath with overhead shower. A separate cloakroom houses the WC. Bedroom 1 has an en suite with walk-in shower. OUTDOORS The conservatory is a bright, peaceful space overlooking the private, enclosed rear garden - perfect for reading or relaxing. Step down to a large lawn for games or sunbathing. A brick patio with BBQ and dining set makes al fresco meals easy, while the optional hot tub offers a luxurious spot to unwind.
