The credit/debit card used to book the pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.

Rates which include breakfast offer a full traditional or continental breakfast with tea or coffee, unless stated otherwise.

Rates which include dinner offer a choice from the hotel’s table d’hôtel menu. Where a hotel does not offer a table d’hôtel menu, an allowance (which varies from hotel to hotel) is allocated towards dining from the a la carte menu.

There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests and lunch cannot be taken in place of dinner.

Children aged 12 years and under sharing a suitable room with 2 adults and included in the reservation details are inclusive of breakfast only; all other meals are charged as taken.
