It's a self-contained studio apartment with private shower, bathroom, digital radio, chimnea, wifi, 32inch tv with streaming services. double kyack, paddle and body boards available to rent. Please note: There is a private gym located directly below the accommodation. The gym operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one-to-one personal training sessions taking place during these hours. You may hear general gym-related noise during these times, including music, conversation, and sounds from weights and machines. We do our best to keep disruption to a minimum, and sessions are run professionally and respectfully. Interested in a Personal Training session during your stay? We live on a quiet country lane about 1mile from the main St Davids to Haverfordwest Road and the nearest beach access (Pen y Cwm) The immeadiate area is riddled with footpaths and bridal ways to take you off the roads and these are ususally very low use even in the summer. We have active maps and can share some routes if that appeals. Nearest Neighbour is 400m away so its really quiet and you'll be in a detatched annex so won't be bothered. Nearest Pub is the Victoria Inn in Roch, which has a micro brewery Nearest Amenity is a Farm Shop about 5 minute drive Nearest Artisan Ice Cream is About a 5 minute drive The Village of Solva, whcih has a number of pubs is also 7 minute Drive St Davids / Haverfordwest / Fishguard are a 20 minute drive.
