Fully refurbished in 2022 Dartside 55 is a holiday chalet located within the extremely popular Norton Park holiday chalets centre just outside Dartmouth, Devon. It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with an open wardrobe with draws. The second bedroom compromises of a triple bunk bed (full size double bed on the bottom and full size single bed for the top bunk) with an open wardrobe with draws. The bathroom consists of a stylish full size vanity unit with sink, 900mm electric shower, washer dryer and toilet. The open plan living space includes a corner sofa, arm chair, dining table and chairs for 6 (extendable), TV. The modern kitchen features integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge, oven with grill. For the outside space there is a fold away garden table and 2 chairs. Please note we allow one small dog. You will be charged if the property is left covered in pet hair or there is any signs of damage.

Having loved Dartmouth since a child when the opportunity came I jumped on the opportunity of owning a holiday let in Dartmouth. We holiday in Dartmouth several times a year so know the area well. Norton Park is a holiday chalet complex located approx. 2 miles from the centre of Dartmouth and the glorious river Dart. Norton Park is set within 22 acres, consisting of 260 holiday chalets. You are free to roam this beautiful countryside that has stunning views of the river Dart and the South Devon coast. The site looks to Start Bay on one side and Old Mill Creek on the other. There is no club house or shop (nearest supermarkets are less than a mile away Sainsbury’s and Lidl) on site. There is free parking for more than one car. There is a bus stop outside the park or taxis are readily available. You are a 5-10 minute drive from the beautiful village of Dittisham located on the River Dart, 5 minute drive into Dartmouth town and the nearest beach is 4 miles away at Blackpool Sands. Woodlands theme park is also 5 minute drive away. There is so much to do in the area.
