The bright dining area spills out nicely into an expansive lounge with comfy seating areas and television and large patio doors that lead out naturally into the south-facing garden. The patio is equipped with a rattan dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbeque, so it would be easy to spend your days lounging in the outdoors, enjoying simple alfresco dining before drifting slowly back indoors to sink into the big corner sofa later. The ground floor also includes a space to hide away boots, coats and clutter and has a downstairs toilet/washroom. Meanwhile, upstairs is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite, a second generous king-size bedroom, a super king-size bedroom and a sleek, modern family bathroom. Guests have sole use of the barn, garden and patio area at the back. The courtyard at the front is shared with the other barns, with designated parking for at least 3 cars. Guest have access to the public footpaths across the estate and can also walk through the estate to the café, farm shop and art galleries.
