We are a friendly family, and we will try our best to make your stay relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. Our aim is to be helpful hosts who maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. We speak fluent English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi so you can communicate comfortably with us in these languages. Foreign guests can communicate in all languages with speech translating app. We look forward to meeting you. Please note, this is our family home. This is NOT a hotel. This means you will meet real hosts who live in this property and will be happy to offer convenient Airport pick up, drop off service and homemade dinner, breakfast (for a charge). As we have two rooms listed for accommodation, there may be other guests staying with us as well. Therefore, please treat our house as you would your own and use the facilities with care. In consideration of other people, please note that visitors other than guests are NOT allowed, parties are NOT allowed and pets are NOT allowed. We request you to be mindful of other people in the house and adhere to quiet hours between 11pm and 8 am and enjoy your evening quietly. However, minor noise from other rooms is inevitable, so please be gracious about it If you bring extra guests, we'll be happy to accommodate them if we have space, but bear in mind that we do charge per person, per night including children. If you decide to bring more guests than the number you booked, please discuss with us beforehand and arrange to pay at the door or by bank transfer. We have been taken advantage of in this regard a few times so now we allow no exceptions. Only the guests that have paid will be allowed to check-in. Also, our check-out time is 12 noon and check-in time is between 4pm to 12 midnight so please inform us your check-in time via booking messages and if there are any delays please update us. Early check-ins between 2pm and 4pm are possible for a charge as we have to arrange urgent cleaning for your room. Thank you.

Our house is in a peaceful, quiet, and safe neighbourhood 15-20 minutes’ drive from Heathrow Airport, near the famous Grand Union Canal which is populated with beautiful ducks and swans and other birds. Southall Broadway is only 10-15 min walk from our place with over a dozen Pakistani / Indian restaurants and lots of South Asian shops. The nearest bus-stop is 5 minutes’ walk away from where you can get buses that go straight to Ealing, Acton, Shepherd’s Bush where you can have a wonderful time shopping all the high end and luxury brands at the grand Westfield shopping centre or take further connections into central London for all sightseeing locations. Buses also go in the opposite direction to Uxbridge and connecting stops for Brunel University and Heathrow Airport. The newly refurbished Southall train station is a 20–30-minute walk away, from where you can get connections to central London via the newly unveiled Elizabeth Line.
