Lovel cosy and quiet townhouse with a garden, dining room, living room, attic and very close to city centre: 15-20 mins on foot of around 7 mins by bus or cab. Instant hot water and central heating. Bathtub in shared bathroom.
I am friendly and like to socialise if guests want to. I am also not intrusive and respect people's privacy.
Family friendly neighborhood, with many amenities nearby such as Royal Victoria Hospital, bars, parks, restaurants, supermarkets, local shops and excellent public transport.
