Dutch 1 consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a sitting room with TV, and a dressing room with two pull-out beds. The bedroom is a king-size. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed shared front patio with furniture and private driveway parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome charged at 15 per pet. Sorry, no smoking.
