East Cotage Cottage is a stone built character two bedroomed cottage in the village of Long Preston near Settle. A perfect location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and numerous villages and attractions. Tastefully decorated with modern facilities whilst retaining original beams, feature fireplace, wood floor and window seat. The living area is well thought out with a comfy sofa and armchair. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker (Tassimo, some coffee pods are provided, feel free to bring your own for during your stay), washing machiner-dryer and all utensils. Towels and linen are provided as are free wifi and parking.
We, Victoria and Jonathan, are a Father and Daughter team, working together to provide a home from home in the Yorkshire Dales. Our guests feel at ease having the exclusive use of the whole cottage. We pride ourselves on providing a lovely clean and cosy home which is well presented and enjoyed by returning guests leaving great reviews. Nothing is too much trouble and we live not far away should guests need to get in touch.
Our visitors love the area for its natural landscape, walking, heritage attractions and landmarks galore and friendly people. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and picture postcard villages with fantastic cafes, character pubs and restaurants with delicious food. A short drive and you can be shopping in style in the traditional towns of Skipton and Harrogate or discover Darrowby, the fictional market town captured for the filming of Channel 5's series All Creatures Great And Small.
