Eden on the Crescent is a duplex apartment, over the first and second floor. The property has a first-floor kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, breakfast bar for two, and a first-floor living/dining room with Smart TV, and dining seating for six. The bedrooms each have a Smart TV with Sky and consist of a second-floor king-size and double, and a first-floor twin, serviced by a second-floor shower room and first-floor bathroom. Parking in nearby sea front car park; there is parking directly outside but only a 2 hour stay is allowed. Within 0.1 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent.
