Accommodation comprises; a bright kitchen with integrated appliances including an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Separate utility room offers a washing machine, dryer and secondary sink. Spacious living area along with four double bedrooms with wardrobe space and all rooms are equipped with smart Led flat screen wall-mounted tvs. 2x bathrooms with shower/bath There are a wealth of local amenities within Leith, St James shopping centre and the playhouse on your door step. There are numerous bus routes, trams to the further explore the wonderful Edinburgh City and beyond!
