Welcome to this charming top-floor/3rd-floor 2-bedroom flat situated in the peaceful Abbeyhill area, just a stone's throw away from Edinburgh's Old Town and the stunning Palace of Holyroodhouse. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and features a fully equipped kitchen, providing guests with the option to cook their own meals if desired. The apartment comfortably accommodates groups of up to 3 people, making it a great choice for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. You will also reach Meadowbank Shopping Park within a 10 - 14 minute walk. The apartment has two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a shower room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with useful appliances such as a hob, oven, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, and toaster. One of the highlights of the flat is the stunning view it provides. On clear days, one can enjoy breathtaking views of Holyrood Park (with winter views of Arthurs Seat, The Craggs, and the Palace of Holyroodhouse - once all the leaves have fallen off the trees!). Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor (also the top floor) and there is no lift in the building. It is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for anyone who cannot climb the stairs. The apartment has free WiFi, a washing machine, and a hair dryer (normally in the chest of drawers). Travel cot (please bring your own linen) and high chair can be requested at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. The key box is located within a few minutes walk from the building. You'll receive key box details one day prior to your arrival date. Strictly no party and no smoking.
