Welcome to Edith Haven, our stunning holiday home situated in central Tynemouth, the accommodation has been recently refurbished throughout to the highest specification. Our guests enter the property via a bright modern composite door into an entrance hallway accessing the ground floor rooms, there is a fabulous open plan lounge and dining space with a dining table, the lounge has leather sofa’s and a feature large 65” smart TV to enjoy watching your favorite shows or a movie in style!, the dining room includes an impressive six seater marble dining suite, with a patio door opening into a lovely private yard space, offering outside dining when the Sun shines! On the ground floor, there is a fabulous refitted modern kitchen with built-in appliances including a dishwasher, and all the usual necessary utensils. The kitchen also includes a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine (guests just bring along their own pods) A newly fitted modern bathroom suite with a power shower over bath . There are three well fitted bedrooms, all with drawers and hanging space, the master has a feature four poster bed , the second bedroom is also a double with two further single beds in the final bedroom. The accommodation is heated via a combination gas boiler, and the property is double glazed throughout Decoration is bright and modern.
