The company was founded in 2018 by a project programme manager and an accountant who share a love for property renovation and a passion for interior design. Around two years ago, they were inspired to transform one of their apartments into a holiday retreat—and that vision became reality with the creation of Sea View Apartment Ilfracombe. Just a short, scenic stroll to the bustling harbour, and only a 10-minute drive to the award-winning Woolacombe beach. From stunning rugged coastal path to the breath taking Exmoor National Park-A true retreat for beach lovers, surfers & explorers, this apartment provides a memorable and relaxing stay in one of the most picturesque spots in Devon. Nestled in a charming period building right on the seafront, this newly renovated apartment offers breath taking, uninterrupted views of the sea and the sleeping elephant hill from both the lounge and the beautiful shared garden. Inside, you'll find a bright open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area — thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while a cozy adjoining single room (accessed via the master) makes an ideal space for a young child. For additional guests, the living area offers a high-quality, long and firm sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adults. Start your mornings sipping coffee by the picture window overlooking the ocean or unwind with a glass of wine in the sea-facing garden. More than half of the neighbours live here year-round in converted Victorian period buildings, some apartments are also used for holiday stays. Everyone we've met has been polite, friendly, and easy going—and we've never had any issues with our neighbours. It’s a peaceful layback community that we’re sure you’ll enjoy during your stay
