Built in 1887, Elgin Tower is a Grade II listed building nestled in a conservation area on North Hill overlooking Minehead and the Bristol Channel. Set in manicured gardens, Elgin Tower is divided into a two residences, the Main House and Apartment One. Offered for let, Apartment One is a fully self-contained accommodation with private entrance, gated parking for multiple vehicles and full use of Elgin Towers' acre of gardens. The property comprises a covered porch entrance with seating area, a large living room with sofa bed, TV, WIFI and electric fireplace. A full kitchen / diner with two ovens, hobs, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, tea & coffee, various breakfast items and seating for six. Separate private laundry area, external washing line. Large en-suite master bedroom with king size bed, comfortable mattress, seating area, dressing table, wardrobe, towels, shower, and exit to private patio area. As the Gateway to Exmoor, Minehead is a fantastic holiday destination with Elgin Towers' character, setting and history making it the perfect place to stay in West Somerset.
