Our cozy holiday flat geared for couples and families, has been lovingly updated and decorated. Set on the ground floor of a character house in a quiet residential area, the flat has many of its original features but with the benefit of modern kitchen and bathroom facilities and good WiFi connection. Two sets of french doors to the rear allow access to the private, 50 foot garden which which benefits from day long sunshine, with evening sun on the patio. We love it and hope you will too. The self contained first floor of the house is also ours. Living an hour away, we use this as our own seaside getaway, visiting a few times each month.

I have been hosting since 2020. With my husband Paul and Springer Spaniel Millie I have visited some lovely parts of the UK and stayed in great accommodation along the way. I am local to Kent, had a career in the NHS, enjoy travel, walking, reading and cooking. We’re really enjoying hosting and are grateful to everyone who has chosen to stay in Enliven and look after it so well for us.

We have been so lucky to create our home away from home in Broadstairs. This began in 2005, when with the pressures of full time work, it started to give us a perfect getaway. There is nothing quite like a bit of sea air! Broadstairs is a great seaside town with everything you need on the doorstep. You can quite literally park your car and not have to use it again until you go home. With easy and regular access by rail to Canterbury, London and other Kent coastal towns as well as frequent bus services to bigger shopping and leisure facilities at Westwood Cross, you have the choice to venture further afield if you wish. In Broadstairs you will find lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes, nice coastal walks and nooks and crannies to explore, a quaint cinema, small museums, shops and of course sandy beaches.
