Recently renovated, this studio apartment is entirely self-contained with its own independent entrance. It comprises of a en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed, a well-appointed kitchenette, and a cosy lounge area with a wood burner; all overlooking the garden with free-ranging chickens and waterfowl.

We aim to provide you with a true break from the hectic life, therefore a non-existent phone signal, limited WiFi, and no TV in the house should be seen as a welcome help to a media detox! Please note that although the flat is fully self-contained, some areas like parking, garden, and walkways leading to the flat are shared with our other B&B guests. PETS / ALLERGIES We love animals but unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets. There are free-ranging animals on the property, as well as our 3 friendly dogs. Whilst our dogs are not allowed in the guest accommodation, you might want to give us a miss if you suffer from pet allergies or don't enjoy the animals' company. HIKING/CYCLING HOLIDAYS We are only minutes away from the gorgeous Kintyre Way. The Farmhouse is rurally located and public transport is very limited. The nearest convenience store is Clachan petrol station (3 minutes drive /20 min walk), please bear this in mind if you are considering walking/hiking holidays. The flat is set in a rural quiet area surrounded by newly planted forest and fields of sheep. There are wonderful walks straight from our doorstep so don't forget your walking boots or wellies. Located 15 minutes drive from the picturesque fishing village of Tarbert, 10 minutes to Kennacraig ferry (Islay) and only 2 minutes drive from Ronachan Beach where a resident colony of seals can often be seen.
