Hidden away on the edge of the Loch Lomond National Park in the beautiful rural surroundings of the private Finnich Estate, the cottages have been created round the courtyard of a beautiful 19th Century red sandstone steading. From the cottages, there are uninterrupted views across 13 miles of countryside to Ben Lomond, yet the pretty Stirlingshire villages of Drymen and Killearn are only 3 miles away and we are conveniently only 15 miles from Glasgow. Visitors can walk or run on the estate roads and tracks through the woods or climb the hill for spectacular views of Loch Lomond and the mountains to the north and west. Each cottage has been converted to the highest standards of convenience and comfort while retaining the character and features of the old buildings. In addition to the landscaped courtyard with its large communal games room and laundry, each cottage has an outdoor patio with views out over the woods and fields. There is ample parking available and a large grass play area. Free wifi is available in all the cottages.

Finnich Steading Cottages are perfectly placed for visitors to explore some of the most beautiful scenery in Scotland. The Loch Lomond National Park provides a huge range of outdoor activities including water sports, hiking and biking. The famous West Highland Way passes through the charming village of Drymen a short distance away. Riding, golf on a variety of courses and fishing on the river Endrick can all be arranged. The local area provides a range of friendly pubs and small restaurants, art galleries, a range of shops, and an excellent medical centre. Glengoyne Distillery is only 3 miles away and caters for visitors seven days a week.

Hot tub hire is £49 for a stay of 1-4 days or £89 if you are staying from 5-7 days.

For the preheating service, we charge £29 on top of the hot tub hire.

When traveling with dogs , Please note that an extra charge of £6 per dog, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed Pets should be kept on a lead at all times. Pets are not allowed in the beds or sofas.
