Flat 1 is a splendid first-floor apartment resting in Ludgvan near Crowlas, Cornwall. Hosting one double bedroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a shared lawn with seating opposite the property and an enclosed garden at the back of the apartment. Flat 1 is a charming dwelling for enjoying a romantic getaway to explore all Cornwall has to offer, with exceptional sea views and easy access to surrounding areas.
