This second-floor apartment consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box and a living/dining room with a TV, seating and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom. This apartment has access to a gym, indoor swimming pool and games room. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture, decking and lawned area. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair and travel cot available on request. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, an on-site bar and within 0.4 miles, a beach. Flat 32 makes a lovely base to explore the Sussex coastline. Note: There is a workshop and rehab wing. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times. Please note: The pool is closed from 3:30 PM on Fridays until 9:00 AM on Mondays. For up-to-date availability, kindly check with Reception. Note: The gym is available to guests aged 18 and over. Littlehampton is ideally located for visiting the south and west Sussex coastline, including historic dockyards, Roman villas, the Weald and Downland Museum, vineyards, public gardens, and Goodwood with motorsport and horse racing. Littlehampton offers easy access to Chichester, Arundel, and Brighton.
