This second-floor apartment consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a living/dining room with TV and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double, two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture. There are a range of on-site facilities, including a bar/restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, a gym and rehab wing. Note: The gym is available to guests aged 18 and over. A minimum of two people is required —solo use is not permitted. A highchair and travel cot area available. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach. Flat 35 makes a lovely base to relax at the West Sussex coast. Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, (Over 18yrs old only) all of which are available to guests during specified times. Please note: The pool is closed from 3:30 PM on Fridays until 9:00 AM on Mondays. For up-to-date availability, kindly check with Reception. Note: No facilities to charge electric cars on site.
