Folly View is a spacious one bedroom apartment. It is bright and airy with private access. There are scenic views in all directions and a south facing balcony. Folly View is furnished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen. It is a perfect place to escape and relax. There is a spacious conservatory for your outdoor paraphernalia and a garden, courtyard and private, off-road parking. The space is clean and bright and uncluttered but also has everything you could need for a longer stay - washing machine, dishwasher, BT fibre wi-fi, smart TV. There is a real sense of privacy in Folly View and there are amazing, long-distance views around Nidderdale. The apartment is carefully maintained and everything works well, including the central heating and wood burning stove. We allow dogs for a small extra charge and single, well-behaved dogs are preferred. Folly View is one of five properties within the courtyard and it is the only holiday accommodation. It is a friendly community of families and long-term residents. All the houses are converted from buildings that were part of the Bewerley Estate and the locality is rich in historic buildings. There are many walks, both easy and challenging, from the back door; the busy town of Pateley Bridge is a ten minute stroll.

Hi, I'm Amelia, I have lived in Pateley Bridge all my life....our little place of heaven on earth! I work in Pateley Bridge managing a caravan park and have been there for over 30 years. I love to walk, mostly local, I don't stray too far and love taking photographs of the changing seasons in our beautiful dale. I have two children, who live nearby and my trusty old companion my cocker spaniel who's usually by my side. I am usually around if you need me, but hope you will be able to manage independently and enjoy your privacy. There are many attractions right on the doorstep and many more within walking distance or a short drive. Bewerley Grange Chapel is a must visit for those seaking peace and sanctuary. Fish Pond Wood is perfect for dog walkers and lovers of woodland. Pateley Bridge is a ten minute walk and is a bustling market town. Brimham Rocks, How Stean Gorge and Middlesmoor are outstanding places to explore, as is Fountains Abbey. The towns of Grassington, Ripon and Harrogate are a short drive away and well worth a visit.
