Located in West London (W6 8HF area), this flat sits in a safe and elegant neighbourhood often known for its quiet charm and premium residential atmosphere. The property is a 3B2B apartment and one master bedroom and one double bedroom are currently available. Bathroom and WC are separated to avoid morning rush. The layout is practical and comfortable, ideal for working professionals or students. Rooms are clean, fully furnished and ready to move in.
We value cleanliness, quietness and mutual respect — no parties, no late-night noise. I enjoy hosting because I like creating a calm, hygienic and supportive living environment. I am also happy to share tips about living, studying or travelling in London if needed.
The flat is extremely well-connected: • 10 mins walk to Barons Court (Piccadilly & District line) • 13 mins walk to Hammersmith (Circle / Hammersmith & City / District / Piccadilly line) • Dozens of buses right outside — direct to Imperial College & South Kensington museums within ~20 mins The community is safe and pleasant. Within 10 minutes you can reach the Thames riverside with beautiful rowing boats and jogging paths leading to Bishop’s Park. Nearby are tennis courts, green spaces and a local park with a basketball court right downstairs.Daily essentials are effortless — within 5 minutes you reach the high street with Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Boots, Asian grocery stores and cafés.
