This spacious Ground Floor Garden Annexe is attached to the main house, but it is completely separate, with its own entrance and enclosed terrace.
Stunning, far reaching, views which look out, through large bay windows, towards the beautiful South Downs, only 6 miles away.
The area is perfect for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers alike. Many footpaths and bridleways to choose from on our doorstep. A beautiful light filled space well appointed and with a cosy wood burner for winter nights.
We leave milk, tea and coffee and breakfast cereal in case you arrive late and need a few necessary supplies.
We try to think of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable so you come back again. We use Egyptian cotton bed linen, wool and hypo allergenic bedding. Faith in Nature Shampoo and Body wash.
The woodburner makes the living area very cosy and warm in winter.
Diana and Tom love meeting people from all over the world. They have both travelled extensively and they love welcoming and hosting guests.
Diana loves animals and enjoys the countryside and an active lifestyle.
Tom has climbed Mount Everest and has many a climbing tale. He also enjoys paragliding and teaching the children to fly kites and ride a unicycle. Tom is learning to make Pizzas, Italian style and can often be found in his garage making things.
We are always available to call should you need us for anything from lighting the wood-burner or suggestions for local walks but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy a peaceful stay.
The flat is just under 6 miles from the South Downs where there is lots to do. Walking, mountain biking, paragliding etc. the views from the top are wonderful and one is able to see the Isle of Wight and the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth from the trig point up there. We are not far from Goodwood for events such as the Festival of Speed’ or ‘Glorious Goodwood or the ‘Revival’. The seaside is about 12 miles away and sandy beaches can be found at the West Witterings but in the summer this can be extremely busy!!
