This lovely house is ideal for contractors, business travellers, a family or tourists to the area. The property has Oak wooden flooring throughout, carpet on the stairs, 2 double bedrooms (1 with a Super King bed or twin beds) and 1 small double bedroom all on the first floor. A shower room. Separate toilet. Kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a good sized living/diningroom with dining table and 2 comfy sofas. Cable TV and fast internet.

A walk of approximately 10 minutes will take you to Templars Square Shopping Centre and The John Allen Centre, where you will find a TK Maxx, Asda Living, Sainsuburys, Lloyds and Barclays Banks, a Post Office and various other shops and cafes. With a short walk to the Cowley Road you will be able to find frequent buses into Oxford City Centre and buses to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Nuffield Orthopedic Centre and Churchill Hospital.
