Welcome to your Peak District home from home. Perfectly located for discovering all Matlock has to offer, and just a short drive from Chatsworth House, Bakewell and so much more. The house is perfect for families with 3 double bedrooms, and a touch of luxury with a bath in the master bedroom. The garden is a mixture of lawn and planted areas and at the very top is the look-out itself - a summer house with gorgeous views across the Matlock hills. Please note; Derbyshire gardens traditionally have shared access so all dogs must be kept on a lead in our garden area. The house comprises, a kitchen with range cooker, Belfast sink, Nespresso machine and country dining table, then through to the living room with sofas, a reading corner, board games and books, wood burning fire and TV with freesat box. Just off the kitchen you wil find the boot room with storage space, a fridge freezer and microwave. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with airsprung matress and garden view, the family bathroom with a shower and shaver point, then through to the twin bedroom with 2 single beds, both with Simba hybrid mattresses and a view across the valley (you can see Riber Castle from here on a clear day!). Upstairs again you will find the master bedroom, with a king bed with Simba hybrid matress, luxury roll top bath and a gorgeous garden view. All bedrooms have clothes storage and hanging facilities and the king and double both have a vanity/ desk area. As well as all the amenities in the house, you have the garden to the rear and The Lookout itself where you can see right across the valley and is perfect for spending time on a warm evening. Worth noting: Matlock is very hilly (hence the beautiful views), our road is at the top of a steep hill and our garden is also on an incline so could present issues for the elderly. Please note we are only able to accommodate 1 dog at The Lookout.

Our road is lovely and quiet with a few micro pubs, shops and delis. The road is situated at the top of a steep hill, which means you will probably need a car, but you also get outstanding views! There is ample free on road parking to the front of the property and access is quick and easy to Matlock (3 min drive) and out to the wider Peak District
